This review will answer all the question anyone may have before using these awful estate agents. Firstly, if you want to be lied too from the start and do their job for them, then by all means go with masons estate agents (Ipswich branch), then of course pay them for NOT doing their job!! From day 1 I have had nothing but trouble with the worst estate agents I have ever come crossed, I have moved flat/house 6 times since flying the nest and have built up a solid knowledge of what the process is.The sales agent is the most rude, unorganised, unprofessional, unhelpful and liar I have ever met in my life and I have come across some un-liked people in my time. They breach the law under consumer protection regulations 2008 just to make a quick quid and move onto the next person, one person in particular working at the branch is misleading and un-trust worthy individual. Please Please dont not use these estate agents under any circumstances.
We were send a text message to inform us that we had our annual house check a week before they were coming which was booked by masons and was not convenient for us I called and cancelled was told they would use their keys to enter the house which I stated in have never given never consent for. I was told I would get a call to rebook which never happened then the original day of booking came and just as I was going out a bloke from masons turned up told me that it hadoes to be done today as they were busy. What a surprise no one can seem to do there job correctly and most of the staff are rude and don't listen. Wish I could rent directly with my land lady and cut masons out
Sale went through quick and smooth. Fees are reasonable (one of the best in the area). They were helpful, friendly and attentive.
Poor. We used them to find a tenant. Never got any feedback. Told them several times someone else had let the place & it's still on Rightmoves. Now they have LOST OUR KEYS! When I said I wasn't happy he laughed out loud and said he was flabbergasted at my response - he'd lost keys before and it was no big deal! I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Unprofessional, rude. Funnily enough, Jay didn't speak to my husband in the same manner - was much more polite to him so add chauvanistic to that too. We had used them before in 2008 and they were good, so I don't know why they are so bad now. William H Brown are much more professional.
Good letting agents, some people can be hard to get hold of but, thats the way of the industry!Always speedy, very pleasant, all-round very trustworthy.
