Bettina, Allison,Andrew and others inclyding the out of hours emergency team- always do their best to sort out maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.Moreover , have always found them being friendly, professional helpful and go out of their way to help . Happy as a tenant and will be happy for them to manage our property as a Landlord in future.
Will never EVER use Leaders again. Absolute shambles. Take months to sort out issues. Was told I would have to pay for an electrician fault, because their electrician can't do their job. A month later on a Saturday evening, electrics completely went out as a result! Calling the out of hours number asks you to leave a voicemail and no one calls back. Had to call the Felixstowe number, which works. I reported this last year (as the door wouldn't unlock and we were locked out) and was told, well it should work!When reporting issues, it takes months to fix and I have to chase (usually with the response, what was the issue again?), otherwise nothing happens. At one point, Andrew told me, he had 200 properties to manage and that I should leave him alone and not to chase for updates!Oh and just recently, I came home from work to find they had let themselves in the property with potential tenants. After they asked if I wanted to be present for viewings, which I said yes and could they please tell me when they'd like to do viewings. No warning, I just walk in the door to find their agent and the potential tenant right in front of me. There's plenty more, like the fact they said I could have a dog, then later they emailed to say no (even though they confirmed their email gave me permission). Or just the fact that anytime I've complained or spoke to anyone, they are rude and uncaring. If only I could give them 0 stars.
