If you value your money BE VERY CAREFULIf you value your time then you better go to another agencyApparently they want to give a professional service but the reality is quite different. They allow landlords to cheat customers, they are not useful at all if a real problem arises, they don't keep their word. They are not trustworthy at all, they say one thing and do another. After finding out that our landlord was a swindler they neglected to offer us another property claiming they didn't have any at that moment what is was a LIE since that same day there was a flat announced on Internet by them.
