I have used home from home since July 2018 and lived in 2 of their properties.Staff are always very accommodating and friendly and will explain things fully if youre unsure.The properties are well maintained and any maintenance issues that occur are dealt with pretty quickly for the most part.The moving in and out process is simple and easy and there are no hidden fees.I would definitely recommend to students for a cheaper alternative to student halls, plus a lot more for your money!
Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money and no hassles from landlords and agents regarding rent or other criteria. Really enjoyed my time under their tenancy, Sharon being particularly helpful with the moving out process.Would recommend to students in Ipswich.
Completely agree with Chris's comments on here. Also not sure they have the tenants interest at heart. One lady in particular (I think the owner) a little patronising when I was looking to rent for my daughter & also sell my own property.
Nice and helpful staff, very quick to answer and also super reliant when it comes to issues or whatever goes their way.
Pretty aggressive on fees. Have to be very careful on the parking too. Not sure they have tenant's wellbeing at heart.
