Went all the way from London to Ipswich to view a flat with them. They called me 2 hours before the appointment to confirm my attendance, then they called 5 minutes after the appointment time to tell me they had to cancel the appointment. Waste of my trip
Took money on false pretences, still not got it refunded after nearly 2weeks, 3phone calls and emails, exaggerated the truth and didn't answer calls or ring back when voice mails left. Could not, and would not, recommend anyone to deal with this company

I had a horrible experience renting a flat out through their agency in Ipswich, their staff are completely incompetent and when they screwed up a change of tenancy due their own poor administration procedures we ended up getting the blame and were kicked out of the flat. Also took almost a year for our deposit to be returned over a completely unfair dispute where we were charged hundreds of pounds in cleaning bills for no reason whatsoever, completely avoid this agency! Go with Haart or one of the others
