Called up to book a test drive the seat mii, they said they had one we could drive and we could come in following day, we went there and they said that they dont have a seat mii we can drive. A similar thing also happened to us 6 months ago but this time we booked a test drive and they said the salesman was busy so we would have to wait 10 mins but ended up waiting an hour, customer service rubbish!
Excellent and friendly service. Allowed me to drop off and pick up my car when it suited myself. Pricey compared to non-main dealers, but that's to be expected.
