My daughter found the car of her dreams but unfortunately circumstances changed due to her being offered a job abroad 2 days after buying such a fab Ford Focus.Ben and Claire were incredible from the original purchase to helping us sort out our dilemma.Their help ,professionalism and incredible customer service was the best we have ever experienced.I have recommended Hammonds to many people since and we will definitely be back when she is settled back in the country in the not too distant future!! So I brought a car from this company, sadly for them their cleaning and valeting staff really dont have a clue how to clean a car, they used an electric buffer and a corse wax in order to pass the car off as satisfactory prior to me buying it. I mentioned it to the guy when we were sat filling the paperwork, yet he insisted a good wash would rectify the hologram buff markings left by them. I took the car back to them today as Im due to move away from the area soon, and they were all to quick to plead ignorance, and reject any request of mine for them to foot the bill of having it polished correctly. All in all they are all too quick to get the cars out the door, ruthless and unapologetic, they are not worth the time effort or money, or one star for that matter!
Very poor customer service! I called to purchase a car and was told there would be no negotiation and that a 99 admin fee will be charged as its their procedure. I found a car which had the same spec from Mercedes approved at a better price and they were willing to negotiate. These guys think they know what they are doing but trust me they have no clue! STAY CLEAR!!!!!
