I've been to this place twice and both times I have been treated with disrespect. I'm confident that it's because I don't look like i'm going to earn them any money so they can't be bothered to engage with me.The first time I went there was with some inheritance money that I fully intended on wasting. I turned up in my works white van and my work uniform and the guy barely looked up from his phone. That money was spent elsewhere.The second time was to offer my services as a vehicle detailer. All was fine and polite during the introduction, they told me that they had a valeter and a detailer employed already, but as soon as I asked if any of the showroom cars had been detailed already (as a detailer I could tell that they hadn't) they got very defensive and the cicvil communication completely shut down.I will not be entering this building again.
What can I say! Fantastic cars, service and staff. This is our second car that we have purchased from Proveeda and like the first time we were treated perfectly. From calling to book the viewing and test drive, the fantastic treatment and service on arrival which wasn't pushy in the slightest, to the collection of my perfectly presented car.
