My complaint took 5 months to respond to after they failed to reserve parts 3 times for my recall.Damaged my cars paintwork whilst it was in for a recall. Don't reply to their emails.

Purchased a new van. Booked in for first service in what i thought was a reputable dealer. Requested to pick up van at lunchtime as had afternoon appointments. Heard nothing so called and advised no one free ... had to request a call back..called back 45 mins later as no one had returned call...still no one free....hour later they call. When bill is presented theyre charging 4 times the retail price at Halfords for the exact oil used. Manager says nothing he can do. Completely ripped off.
