Sales person was very knowledgeable, polite. However policy in not being able to hold vehicle for a week after purchase was confusing. Otherwise a very good experience with helpful staff. Would recommend.
Excellent customer service, offered a higher price online than expected for the car. Just a shame they knocked off just enough to owe slightly on the finance. Overall excellent and will use again.
Staff ( in particular Hannah - who took me out for the test drive - and Annan) all very helpful, pleasant environment and unlike some car dealers, somewhere for customers to park with ease! However,I could not understand why they were not allowed to give me a written quotation, nor even allow me to take a photo of the quotation they showed me on the screen of their laptop - what had they got to hide?
Amazing place to sell your car. Cant speak more highly of them. In particular are Hannah, Melinda and Ross. Very knowledgeable and helpful. No silly sales tactics. Easy access. Lots of parking. Well laid out. Tablets for kids to play on. Free coffee. Honest appraisal of my vehicle and sensible valuations. Money always in my bank promptly. So good I have sold them 3 of my cars. I wouldn't go anywhere else
