New dealership on Futura Park, opposite from John Lewis. Large showroom. I found the staff to be a bit too "salesy". I appreciate that they are there to sell, just found them a bit too keen and strangely not that knowledgable about the Audi range. Disclaimer, I am an Audi Q5 owner, who got his car from this dealer and I really dislike the car.
The best Audi dealer in the area. I've been using Marriott Audi in Ipswich for over 5 years now, having bought an approved used car from them a few years back, this in itself was a positive experience despite a couple of setbacks during that process. I've used them for MOTs and servicing for 2 other cars and have nothing negative to say except, as always, the complimentary wash and vacuum could be better, but I won't let this detract from my overall impression. Better than Colchester and much better than Chelmsford, I'll be returning when the time comes
Picked up my new A6 Avant from Catherine on the 2 November and the whole experience was just superb. From the car unveiling in the reserved area and the efficient manner that all the paperwork was dealt with, I have nothing but the highest praise for Ipswich Audi!
500 pounds for service, a lot of money not a fair price. Audi is better to leave car if your mechanic can.t fix the issue and pay all your savings. For same job as a private mechanic only for 4 circles pay more money
Great service. I went looking for an Audi A3, and luckily got Alan to help me out. He was great! Even though I didn't end up buying my car through Ipswich Audi, I have to mention that Alan was professional, kind, extremely helpful, and not pushy. He offered a good deal on a car, but unfortunately due to other circumstances, it didn't work out. But, I highly recommend working with Alan at the dealership.
