Brian was extremely rude. Was quoted 2.5-3 for part exchanging my car previously on the phone but didnt see anything I liked on forecourt (all have lacquer issues and some were accident damaged - I have pictures of this) and saw on banner outside that they also bought cars. Thought I would pop in and see what mine would fetch but he was negative from the get go. Past my car, he asked me what my car had that nothing on his forecourt had, so I answered truthfully, adding that I knew I wasnt going to get the same car again, only to be told I was negative and he couldnt please me. I left.
