Took a F type R out and loved it. TONY was very helpful, but the brakes were awful. They had only just got the car in and possibly were rusty as hadn't been used. Spoilt the experience as couldn't give the car the full beans for fear of not being able to stop.
After reading a number of rather poor reviews I was thrilled with the service I received. I placed a parts order online Thursday night and called in on Saturday to find out when to expect it to be in as I'd not placed a classic parts order before. I was told the parts manager would be able to help when he was back on Monday and by Monday/Tuesday I received the call they were in. I called in on Thursday on the way back from work and saw the same chap I had seen on the Saturday. He was very polite, as were his colleagues who directed him towards me. Great parts and they were very knowledgeable and helpful indeed. Thanks
Great team with high knowledge of the product. The sales team is helpful but not intrusive. They seem genuinely interested in you and are happy to offer test drives.
I collected my nearly new car yesterday. The service was outstanding and the staff could not have been more helpful. We test drove the model of interest last weekend, the car we wanted was located at the Lincoln branch, it was transferred, checked and prepped ready for collection on Thursday. The car was in immaculate condition.The process was well communicated and we had full transparency of the process and were kept updated.This has been the best service I have received at any car dealership.
