I bought a car from the Northampton branch on a Thursday. I had an issue. I live closer to Ipswich. The service team got it all sorted. Craig the after sales manager went above and beyond what I expected and got everything back to how it should have been. I have no issues with their helpfulness at all and will buy a car from here for the wife very soon. I WILL definitely use the service team again. It feels to me, if I could, I would award a 6 star rating out of 5. (Latte aint bad for a machine coffe as well)
