They actually have a bigger selection of cars than you think. Just bought 2 cars from here, very happy with the level of service and how Joe was with us as customers. Made too feel comfortable, the process was nice and easy
Brought a car from greenace garage recently. The price was very good, it was valeted and had a new MOT but the cambelt went terribly wrong, which is understandable because they are second hand cars and it would be the same anywhere else. So anyway I rang him up and told him the problem. He explained why it had gone wrong then he said he would pay for it to go in to the workshop. He arranged the times suiting me. So I took it in and got a car to use while it was in the workshop. He dropped the temporary car down to me and it was like I never had a problem with my car. Hes brilliant to work with and as soon as you have a problem he gets it fixed. I was suprised at the quality of service
We recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf for my wife from Joe at Greenace Garage. It was an easy no pressure sale and the car was serviced and prep work carried out quickly. However the car devolped a gearbox fault soon after we collected the car. BUT....Joe was marvellous. He provided us with a courtesy car (which he delivered to our door) arranged for a repair at Volkswagen main dealer.The repair was carried out and Joe then returned the car to us.No fuss, no arguments just great professional service. Thanks Joe.
Great selection of cars, I've had dealings with Joe for 20years and never had an issue. I would certainly recommend green ace to others, granted you can't please everyone; but when you sell 30-50 cars a month you'll occasionally have a slightly challenging situation.
Pleasant, friendly staff. Sometimes difficult to get a hold of but always calls or texts back. Got a good deal and staff were happy to do extra bits I requested (cleaning, polishing scratches, new tyres etc). This is the second time I've purchased from them.
