Prices have shot up here? Why? Toilets are wrecked, you are never made to feel welcome and no one can ever pour you a pint when y6ask for a PINT!
I very rarely go to catch a train as I drive every where I need to go. However, I bought train tickets to London, the lady who served me was very professional in her manor with a sense of humour & understanding. I couldn't have wanted a better person to serve me, as catching trains with changing trains at different stations can be very daunting for someone who never used the trains. Thank you for having such a helpful member of staff in Ipswich.
The staffs there were nice. They have lots of seating. It is a good place to wait for your train. The facility was clean. I did not try the food so cannot comment on that.
