Lovely and clean. Calm relaxed atmosphere and a couple of minutes - if that drive from the railway station. Parking available, staff helpful but very disorganised, professional staff training needed. Otherwise I'd of given it 5 stars
Nice staff, really nice place. Thank you for the wonderful stay. When light bulbs weren't fully working, they moved us to another roo.I would definitely stay here again
Great place to stay. Well priced and good value for money. Rooms are modern and neat. Breakfast is amazing, great food. Staff also super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in Ipswich.
Good location for the station but a bit of a trek into the town centre or waterfront. This was fine on a clear, dry autumn day but would not have been pleasant if it was wet. Rooms were well decorated and clean. Reception and bar area well thought through. Limited parking on site means that later arrivals may as well head straight to the overflow area. Good value for the price paid.
