A fantastic gym. Staff are always incredibly friendly and on hand to help you if you are struggling to use equipment. The classes are great too, very sociable and often a good laugh.

One of the friendliest gyms Ive ever been to, that includes staff and other customers.I normally go down early doors in the morning when its not too busy and have most of the machines to myself. Times to avoid would be 5-7pm on weekdays it gets very busy and Ive had to wait your turn to get on some of the resistance machines.
First time in today:My first time at the gym this morning, I'm normally quite anxious when it comes to starting up at a new gym, but the staff are very friendly and helpful, the equipment is good quality and there's plenty of it to use. The layout has very clearly been thought about as it doesn't feel too cramped between benches etc. The changing rooms are a good size, as are the lockers and there are plenty of showers available.Top notch guys!
It's a new gym that seems to offer the standard array of fitness and weight machines. The one area that it does go above and beyond on is the classes offered and the availability of the staff to help and assist. Given the pretty low cost of membership the personal touch from the staff seems to be the part that separates it from other gyms in the area
