I have been returning to this great gym year after year. Especially lately, due to such amazing and friendly staff. Jermaine is a brilliant character, always helpful and extremely welcoming! I would recommend to anyone of any fitness level!
Cheap and cheerful. Showers could do with some love but it is less than 18 a month
Nice gym with loads of machines. U have many claases daily to suit ur routine. Economical n freindly gym. A steam room would add to the benefits.
Avoided gyms for far too long. Came here, was welcomed and I haven't looked back - now I train with my mate in a lovely atmosphere with great kit. Spinning classes are ace!
Basic but does the job. Wouldn't go there if you like to lift heavy
