I was astounded yesterday as i waited behind a woman to speak to a receptionist and the receptionist was asking her questions about her bowel movements and not in a quiet voice. How regular, is there blood, is it runny etc etc. No way would i have stood and answered these questions with an audience listening and neither should she have been asked these in a public place. No thought at all and quite disgusting for a surgery.
