I've gone to chesterfield drive for many reasons, and seen a few of the doctors and nurses there. I have never, not in person or telephone, had a negative interaction there. The staff are kind and willing to answer questions I have. The wait time for prescriptions in the practice aren't that long. The waiting room has three rows of chairs which could be a little more spaced apart. The drive's carpark is quite small but if travelling by bus then the bus stop is only a minute walk away.
This surgery is extremely racist and bigoted. Do not register with this surgery is your are of a different race. The receptionist is aweful, will down play any urgent concern you have and intentionally give you the latest appointment just to frustrate you. Our health visitor called the surgery advising us to take our 6 weeks to the surgery urgently and when we rushed there, the receptionist made an appointment 4 hours later. Ended up going to A&E. I had a threatened c section infection, and the same receptionist made an appointment 5 hours later. Raised a complaint and they responded that I am rude to their staff. You can sense that they do treat peopleof color differently than other patients...
Why don't you answer your phone's on a monaday 4 weeks ago tooknow me 3 hours trying get a doctor's appointment with no one answering just ringing n now sat here for last half hour guess wot still ringing thats bad as ppl do phone as they need see a doctor :/ grr
