Ive lost my taxi license indiscriminately these surgery instead of helping getting back our right gives a lot of anti depression tablets and appointments for mental health issues I use to make a lot of money as well as having time with family now I lost everything because of racism from counci I have one question why dont you let others countries to give people anti depression rather than occupying their countries with serial killers forces if anti depression are so helpful....
Useless people. I ask for sign my documents. They promised do this in 2 days. It was urgent and very important. I told them if cannot do in 2 days i will go to another place. So they say yes no problem 2 days your document will be ready (only 1 simple page and 1 sign). I gave a call in next two days. They didn't sign, they didn't know about i'm talking and they even couldn't find it. I was so angry ask to talk with them manager or anyone in the charge. On the end of the day they say they cannot do that. I lost 500 sure start for my son. For what to pay tax? Avoid this place!
It's over stretched GP practice doing the best it can with a high demand. yes it is frustrating not being able to get an appointment on the day when you ring by 8:30, but it's not the doctors fault. They are always so supportive and professional.
Phoning this surgery is near impossible! And when you do get through you get some very rude reception staff who need to learn some professionalism! Have spent over a week trying to call constant busy tone. Avoid if possible to many people registered!
Put a repeat prescription in on Tuesday morning, tried to call repeatedly during the week to just have an engaged tone. Finally get through on Thursday and I'm told it's been sent to a different pharmacy, I called the pharmacy and they haven't received it. I walk down to Burlington Rd Friday morning to find out it had sat in the office since Wednesday! Never answer the phones, no appointments on the day and not allowed to book them in advance, absolutely ridiculous. I've now registered with a different surgery and they answer the phone, which is nice.
