Nice car. Collect and return was fairly prompt though they seem to need more paperwork than other rental companies. Staff were friendly and walked me through the features of the car. 500 deposit was actually taken, not just reserved on my credit card but refunded the day I returned the car. I will be happy to use again.
Location out of town is not convenient. You need a taxi to get there and another one to go back to town after your rental. This adds to the cost.The deposit "company refund policy" is that you wait 5 opening days to get refunded. Just a Question: What justifies it?Altogether, a not so smooth experience

My daughter hired a car here. Very efficient and excellent discount for booking on line. No quibble with her annual hire car excess policy. Car was Hyundai i10 which is very good economy option that Thifty have. 5 door rather than many other 3 door.
