This is the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a car hire company. 1) They do not pick you up. 2) They will hire vehicles to you for a number of years but if you book within 24 hours and you don't have a credit card they will not let you have a car. Leaving you entirely in the lurch when you luxuriated under the impression that you had a car arranged for the weekend, even when they have a customer record of you from the previous hires,
Sorted out a rental car with minimal fuss. Better than several other local car rental places.
This company are a rip off don't use them. Take to long to explain but they are bad news AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Collection of vehicle was very slow.I had booked an economy car but was given a mini. When I asked I was assured it was the right car.Only now when I have checked I see I was duped!
