Worst experience at enterprise Ipswich town centre as they tried to charge me for a whole day just for 50 min difference in their time records. Upon asking the reason the gentleman said you hired at 5:10 and returning at 5:55 and we will charge you for a day. As i am a frequent hire of enterprise car hire i didn't expect this kind of response from such a established company. Also they were not even kind enough to ask if we need a drop off. Hats off...
