Appalling service. No car of the category ordered 2 days previously. Was asked for an additional 15 per day to "upgrade" to the next available category or take a car at a lower category for less money which wasn't suitable. Had to take the smaller lower category car which completely messed my plans up as it really wasn't suitable for more than a couple of adults.

Booked a long wheelbase van, on the day of collection (2 hours before) they let us know that they dont have one or anything suitable. Disappointing and lots of fun for us on the day you are planning to move house.
