Ordered an item on 18/12/18 (Christmas present obviously) which they failed to deliver, ignored my repeated attempts to contact them and did not advise the order was not coming till I threatened Trading Standards at which point I was lied to and told the stock was damaged so they couldnt send. It was too late for me to source a replacement. Let down on every level. Now Im still chasing to get my 163.98 back. This company promised on 20/12/18 that my refund had been initiated. Today 9th January 2019 I still havent got my money. I have reported to Trading Standards and Police (Action Fraud website) and encourage others to do the same. A quick search online (TrustPilot) shows RC Toy World have mirrored this with lots of customers. Very concerning and disappointing.
I ordered a 1850mm wingspan glider which was shown as in stock. Next day I receive an email telling me my order is being processed then I receive an email saying its out of stock but they can send me a 1100mm wingspan glider of a different make.I requested an immediate refund and received a confirmation email but when asked how long a refund take to process I got no reply. These guys only rely on automated emails.Not happy at all.
Product poor. Customer service is good. But sent another faulty battery and now are ignoring my text, e mail, and no one answering the phone to resolve? Been two months and haven't even flown the product yet.Shame

Excellent service. Ordered a Taigen M26 Pershing RC Tanks from them which was delivered in a few days. I was kept informed at all times about the status of the order. RC Toy World do not keep a stock themselves but order in from their Wholesaler. They check the Tank over before sending it out to the customer. Can't fault them at all.
