A great selection of products for all budgets, backed up by friendly and expert service. Female staff who really know what ladies need on their bikes e.g.smaller shifters for smaller hands - I had no idea. Frog bikes for children are brilliant, being lightweight and high quality.Selection of Bianchi, Brompton and Orange bikes make me drool.I've had them fit my tubeless tyres, sort out mysterious creaks, deep clean and do seasonal servicing.
First class service they couldn't of been more helpful special as the shop was closed
Elmy fixed a stuck freewheel and charged ... nothing. That is good service.
Poor customer service.Generally snoby attitude. Won't order parts unless they are fitted in house. And if you leave a bad review expect too be contacted via fb messages by the proprietor at 12:30am and harrased into taking down your review! Foolishly I did so. And i think a review should be impartial and not swayed by angry messages! Have messages screen shoted!
Absolute rip off. And the Service you receive is below par.The bicycle doctor which is a stones throw away from here is where you are better off going to for repairs and servicing.
