Took 2 bikes in to have gears sorted waste of 40 first one chain came off first ride, second one still cant get a lot of gears & they never rang to say it was ready ,either they arent very good at what they do or because they were cheap bikes either way u should b treated same how ever much your bike cost. Took 3rd bike in there thought Id learned my lesson by now but I thought third time lucky but how wrong I was it went in like other 2 & came out exactly as it went in still gears not working I only give 1 star cause u cant give it less

Pedal Power have been fantastic and helped me with my bike no end. the staff are all very helpful and well trained in all disciplines to do with the sport. if it is just leisure to full on Sports bikes. They have always helped me out and cant do enough for you.I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. Very personal approach and very good rates.

As someone completely new to road bikes and receiving impatient and abrupt service elsewhere I got a recommendation for Pedal Power and glad I followed up on it.The shop is lovely and really well laid out, but not a scratch on the staff who definitely know their stuff and helped me no end with my silly newbie questions. I would recommend them to everyone I can from now on and will definatly be back.
