Bought a tempur mattress, the salesman was so helpful and had a great knowledge of the product, very friendly and polite, and great sale price to on mattress too.
On entering the shop and been seen looking at mattresses, the sales person politely asked if he could be of help. He then showed us different alternatives that were available. Once having made the decision to but, he took us through the ordering process, and although the system had been altered recently making it difficult for him to select that appropriate code for the item we had selected, he was apologetic for the time it took but at the same time humorous. bought a leather two and three seated recliner from furniture village, they have not had a massive amount of use and the sides have started to peel. spoke with furniture village asking them to repair as they are otherwise in very good condition, they said that it is just out of warranty and cannot repair them. They offered some money off another sofa from them or 250 cash back. i would expect more than 5 years out of a 3000 sofa that has been lightly used. will never buy from them again
