Turned up to collect my tables which I was told where in and Ready, after arriving I couldn't find anyone to help me, then when I did they told me they where all busy, 20 mins later I'm then told they aren't actually there and will chase them up! Ridiculous

Appalling and disgusting. Ordered our settee in August and the liars at DFS have persistently put back delivery. THANKS FOR RUINING CHRISTMAS with my grandchildren. DON'T order anything PLEASE!! Hope I can sue them for ruining our family Christmas.
Upon perusal of the sofa's, we were greeted by a lovely salesman who simply asked if he could assist. At that point in time, we were simply looking, and he left us to our own devices. He was not pushy, and didn't try to sell us a sofa.We eventually decided on the sofa, and he was fantastic. He was pleasant, and took us through everything. He made us feel more like friends than a sale. Based on the experience, I was glad to have bought our sofa from DFS, and no where else.
