We have now used Bretts 3 times for carpets. Initially we foolishly went to one of the big retail park carpet sellers thinking we would get a good deal but sadly this was not the case. After add ons for underlay, fitting, grippers and glue we ended up paying a lot of money for an inferior product. We then happened to drive past Bretts and popped in on the off chance. We are very glad we did. There is a great personal service without any pressure and great value for great products. Each time we have used them has been a good experience. Even when an error was made somewhere along the line Fraser went over and above to rectify. We are looking forward to the fitting of our next carpet and will return again for both carpets and furniture.
