Absolutely disgusted the way myself and my husband where treated tonight in your store we travelled from Kirby cross frinton on sea to buy my daughter a karaoke machine and the chart karaoke CD along with curlers and a bike for my other daughter ,we had been standing in the gue for at least 10 mins when it was our turn so we went to the till to order our goods when a lady walked up and said she had ordered online the young girl went to serve her and I said I'm sorry but we was here first and the young girl said well she has priority over you because she had ordered online ,I was taken aback abit and said well I will go somwhere else and the girls reply was suit yourself so we left very disappointed...our goods value was for 350

Not enough staff to man the 8 tills.3 staff who were running around trying cope. When got there staff were friendly and efficient.
