The retail park is very small. Only have Next, Argos and one more store which i forget. I only visited argos to collect some stuff. The staff was very helpful. The people of Ipswich seems very friendly and nice. This was my first visit to Ipswich.
Have some gifts card to spend, but they won't scan and the label at the back has peeled off the number. Despite the girls trying very hard to read the numbers. We have been waiting 20mins and the manager doesn't seem to be interested in solving the problem. The cards are paid for so why they don't take the money off as cash. Very poor service from manager.
today's i bought watch for my mom the window price is different and while i paid the amount is different. I asked manager about this and explained that it has law that shelves label price may be applied . the manager being rude with customer and misbehaved.I have all evidence with me the price label photo and my invoice price on bill.i am also a business men and running a community business in my local area. we never talked with our customer liked this and if any price issue always obey the customer regulation law.Argos Ipswich Suffolk Retail Park3, Suffolk Retail Park, London Rd, Ipswich
Good lay out of the store bright and clear simple. Just the staff are just like drones. No hello most of the time just ticket please stamp there you go NEXTED!
Avoid!Highly unimpressed. The Argos "Returns, refunds & exchanges" policy is a lie. It states: "Can I return it if theres nothing wrong with it? Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items. (Were nice like that.)" However, they completely refused to refund me on a cd player that wasn't fit for purpose.I tried writing to the Argos head office and received this reply: "we would not be in a position to take any further action in relation to this matter".This is not good enough.
