The last thing anyone wants on holiday is a dental problem that won't go away and is becoming worse each day. Faced with this, we contacted Mark Crowe's practice. I'm terrified of dentists and hadn't visited one for many years. It took a lot of courage to contact the practice even with the severity of the problem. Mark took charge of the situation as soon as we went into the consulting room. The only option was an extraction of a difficult bottom tooth that had root canal work done over 20 years ago. He worked very gently but firmly on extracting the tooth and made an excellent job of it. Although his practice is some distance from where we live, we plan to return for check ups and any treatment that's required. His team is also very friendly and professional. Thank you to you all.
I had an emergency appointment today. I was so scared to be there because I had a lot of problems with my previous dentist. I was so thankful to get an appointment so quickly. I had infection in my wisdom tooth, thats what my previous dentist told me, but Mr Crowe showed me wheres all problem and he quick sorted out. So he took out the tooth where i had a problem and wisdom tooth. I was so happy when he took out wisdom tooth because i was waiting for it 2 years when the hospital would do it. I was shocked how quick it was and without pain. Very nice dentist and dental nurse, the staff were professional and friendly, was asking even after everything if I'm alright. Now I'm not even afraid go to dentist. I would definitely recommend this dental practice. Thank you so much!
Was able to get an emergency appointment at the surgery with Mr Crowe. Having not been for a few years due to total fear..... I am happy to say that he was able to calm me down and resolve the pain through treatment. Have booked to go back as so impressed with the team. Thank you thank you. I would recommend to all.
As a really nervous patient and only go when I'm in real pain. I had an emergency appointment on Thursday and cannot recommend the surgery on spring road highly enough. The dentist was amazing very caring and non judgmental. In fact all the staff were lovely . I have now taken the plunge and registered with them and have a second appointment booked.
I visited today with my two young nervous children. The receptionist was warm and friendly. The surgery was clean and welcoming and the dentist quickly put my children at ease by explaining what would happen during their first check up. Very happy with the service provided today and would happily recommend this surgery to other patients.
