Very good customer service, on time with appointments as a rule, friendly staff too
staff were super helpful visited a few times with my puppy and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive every time I'm in there no question is ever a burden to them they are always happy and very helpful
Disappointing as I took my dog there to get a little TLC after a car hit him and despite there being nothing wrong with him (medically) they insisted to hold him for hours and then held us hostage until we handed them a partial payment of the 300 charge! Charges for nothing, BEWARE!
They care very much about the animals, the vets and staff are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and they do go above and beyond what is expected. They have all the facilities needed at their disposal. Excellent all round.
The staff are always incredibly Sincere and loving towards my cats and have been for years. Also the cost effectiveness of their vacs4life is sensational! Highly recommend.
