Great vets for our little pooch
So disappointed with the response to my need to end my dogs suffering today. When I registered I specifically asked for advice on how available emergency arrangements to put a dog to sleep were and was told we always find a way to come out at some point in a day if needed. The response this morning was cold and business like. Sorry too busy to help. No offer off advice, no sympathy, I was left in tears calling other vets. Every interaction I have had lately the reception staff seem too busy, computers failing, everyone seems too rushed to help. I understand that a house call was not possible today but what would some kind advice have cost?

Lovely building, super friendly staff, and a warm welcoming reception area that - unlike most other veterinary surgeries - doesnt reek of TCP and fear. Perfect if you have a nervous pet. Glad to have discovered this gem - I actually look forward to visiting and my dogs dont even realise theyre at the vets!
