Following a bad experience at another local skin clinic, I was really nervous about going further with laser tattoo removal. I needn't have been as the staff at Juliette John have been so friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained really clearly and I've felt very looked after - especially after a little wobble following my first treatment. The treatment itself has proven really successful and after just 2 treatments I'm really noticing the difference.
