always great service from the staff
I've never had any problems some people just love to whinge.
I write this as I sit on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone in an attempt to locate a package which they attempted to deliver yesterday and the card says they will try again today but online says it's at local post office who I have called and they don't have it. Sitting here so far for 30 minutes without a thing. The music is God awful aswell which doesn't help!!!!
I can't begin to explain how thankful we was, my wife was seconds away from being ripped off by someone in Nigeria and with the help from micky who was outstanding got her parcel back.
Always prompt, courteous and helpful service. Collected from here many times.
