Needed to send a ring back to the US for a repair. I asked 3 TIMES if the form they gave me was correct because it needed to state it was a repair and the form they gave me had no where to put this. They said yes but now I'm being charged import tax again all because the stupid woman didn't know how to do her job. I never leave harsh complaints like this but because they don't know what they're talking about, I'm now out of pocket by nearly 200. Avoid this post office at all costs.
Advertised as open til 1730 today go to use to find firmly closed... ! At 1700 ... so now parcel has to wait til Monday because of this....
