So, here we are, 4.5 years later, and in need of removal people again from our top floor flat to a townhouse. Who better to call on, but Daren & his team at UneedAvan. This time, we decided to use their Pack & Move service so that we did not have to think about packing up ourselves - this was all left to them. What a relief, particularly with our very busy work schedules. This was also a godsend, especially in the extreme temperatures that we had at that time! Price wise, extremely competitive however, as used before, we trust them wholeheartedly with our belongings. Again, all moved with no fuss, especially with the complications of Solicitors changing dates etc - Daren was always very amenable with the changes. As we said at the end of our last review when we upsize again - we are not planning to move anymore, but should we need to, then Daren and his team will be the first port of call again. We cannot recommend these people enough, and would suggest that anyone reading this, who needs a removal service - please call UneedAvan as we are sure they will help you the same way they did us - a GREAT team and service! These are the people that you want to help you move they are great. We have used Daren and his team 3 times now, with the last 2 getting them to move our piano no easy task... We moved on 28th Feb across Ipswich, and the weather was appalling, however, they moved everything without fuss and all remained dry. They moved us from 2nd floor to a 3rd floor no lifts! Nothing was too much trouble, and all done with such politeness and calm. Daren makes sure that the move happens just the way that you would hope putting the customer first a rare thing these days. These guys are great and cannot recommend them enough. Thanks to the team of 28th and all your hard work up and down the stairs! When we upsize again, we will be making the team our first port of call well done UneedAvan..
It is a bit late to write this review considering the move was in June 2017, but it is better late than never. All I can say is U Need A Van is a highly professional moving company, the crews are great at what they do. Very friendly, no damage to the furniture, and stress free. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again. 5 star service.
