Great choice of goods and the sales assistant, Graham Souch, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to source exactly what we were after. Delivery and after sales were also excellent. I would highly recommend them.
I went to the cooking experience which is situated at the back of the store.What an amazing and fun day. Preparing, cooking, eating the food with copious amounts of alcohol!!
EXCELLENT SERVICE. Having just moved needed new white goods for our kitchen. Phoned store to make sure they had the makes of appliances I wanted as we live 36 miles from store, spoke to Jazz who couldn't have been more helpful spent time with me on the phone advising what models of appliances they had on show, Jazz even sent me an email with details of the appliances I had asked about. On arriving at store to purchase goods Jazz was there to help us make the right decision. Jazz was so patient and very knowledgeable on each appliance we discussed. I can't praise Jazz enough excellent customer service. Will be recommending this store and especially Jazz to anyone looking for electrical goods.
