The support I received was excellent. I had a small driver issue, but it was hard to workout. They were on it fast and had it sorted in a couple of posts.

After much discussion, and excellent support, my machine finally managed to update. Not straightforward, but eventually from Sierra to HS, then Mojave. Even Apple said it couldn't be updated. Well its done. Job well done
