Went there three times, just to be told that an appointment was needed... Why didn't told that before? Useless customer service in front desk, and it was a 5m situation...
Phil was very good and proficient in his conduct. Shame about the others! Front of house loved the sound of their own amateur voices. If you would just let me finish! If you would just listen to the customer! The man in the suit looked lost in his ways. Would I return... only if desperate but I would bypass the welcome quick step. Passion somewhat lacking. Have a word for the people of Ipswich! #poorform
had problems with online banking installation. Turned up @9am saturday with NO appointment but was instantly seen. Have been with HSBC for 40yrs and have NEVER had any problems or complaints. A great team also ready to help. WELL DONE EVERYONE:-)
