First time visitted the shop, one of the staff used her foot to point out to the product which is in the bottom shelf...I found it a little bit rude for some one who is working in a customer service .....
Ordered a knife set as a gift, pushed next day delivery only to call when the item wasn't delivered to find out it had been cancelled as it doesn't come from their warehouse but directly from the manufacturer. No-one contacted to discuss the matter with us, and the first time I called they said it was on it's way. Terrible customer service.
Worth visiting as it's a historic site, but the store is oddly laid out, with no discernible reason bits of kitchen equipment are arrayed in one room or another. a nice ambience but not my favourite Lakeland.
