Asked for a boiler service and a dripping cold water tank pipe to be fixed. Couldn't fix the dripping pipe as leant tool to colleague (poor excuse). A couple of months later no heating or water.
Terrible place couldn't fix a simple blockage and destroyed my plumbing after they attempted to fix it by putting a corrosive cleaner in my brand new acrylic bath and wouldn't come a make good until I turned up at the office to demand they put right what they had damaged ..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Fitted our new boiler a few weeks ago. Very tidy workmanship. Have had certificates of registration through. Would recommend them.
This company failed to register the new boiler they installed in my house for a GasSafe Compliance Certificate. The work was carried out in 2014 and we only realised this when trying to sell in 2018! This is a mandatory requirement to register newly installed boilers as per Building Regulations.
I called them to come look at my boiler for 8am. I called them at 8:15am when no one had turned up, the first guy I spoke to said he was stuck in traffic, which was a complete excuse as traffic was no worse that what it usually is at 8am on a Friday. There was still no one here at 8:30am, and I called to cancel as I had to leave for work. I live about a 10 minute drive away from where they are based, there's no excuse for turning up half an hour late.Very disappointed.
