I attended Ipswich Physiotherapy as I suffer with knee pain and lower back problems. I saw Matthew, he was very thorough in his questioning and examination to determine what the problem was. Matthew really put me at ease and explained things in great detail. I left with an exercise plan and a greater understanding of what I need to do to improve my situation. I feel very positive about the future and would highly recommend Matthew and Ipswich Physiotherapy.

I had the pleasure of seeing Steve; thoroughly knowledgeable in both identifying the cause of my problems and how to treat. I do both Olympic weight lifting and CrossFit 6 days a week so vital I am treated by someone highly experienced. I would recommend him to any and everyone. Having suffered with the worst sciatica imaginable resulting in the worst nerve pain in my left leg, unable to go on my toes and my left glute being totally destroyed I saw Steve in real dire straits. With his help, exercises and acupuncture I am well on the way to recovery. I am able to train and compete again in the sport I love and most importantly I am pain free. I am incredibly grateful for his invaluable knowledge and help with my injury and can not recommend him enough.
I attended a recent workshop at Suffolk Football and unfortunately I didn't learn anything that I didn't already know. Some of what I was told goes against previous advice from other physiotherapists such as being ok to play sport when I had been told not to play sport! Very confusing.
