Expensive but does the job
This car park offers pre bookable parking in the bays on the left hand side as you enter the car park. I pre-booked but still got a Parking Fine!! read on for details....To book these bays you HAVE TO download an app advertised on the wall at the back of the bays, which I confirmed with two parking attendants before downloading for the first time as not via NCP but GA Parking. I used the app as it means I did not have to drive around looking for a parking space as previously when using this car park and these bays are empty. The first time I used the app to book my parking I parked without any issue. However the second time I returned to my car to find I had received a fine. I appealed through the website as you cannot talk to anyone. The option to upload evidence to support your appeal is not straightforward as it does not allow most file formats. After changing my receipt into a format that could be uploaded confirming I had booked a premier bay for the day from 07:00 am to 04:00 the following day I submitted my appeal. My appeal has been rejected 'as the parking attendant observed and recorded the vehicle was in a restricted area of the car park'!!!! I booked my parking through the correct app, and have a receipt confirming the booking. I recommended the app to others, which I now regret. I would not recommend booking these premier bays as NCP obviously does not communicate with the app partner in real time.

I have just paid 6.10 car park charges for about half hour while I put my children on the train safley.What a rip off. Be aware you have to pay at the station not in the car park.Shocking.
This is an NCP multi story on Station Yard near the train station. Lots of spaces... But no way to pay unless you have old 1 coins and old 5 notes... No card payment and has been this way for nearly 6 months. Genius.
