My mum was looking at a tray of charms for my daughter and the shop assistant came along with another customer and took the tray out of the cabinet and walked away with it! From right underneath her! No comment made to my mum at all! Extremely rude.Fortunately my experience was much better. We were served by a super helpful, very patient lady who let my daughter try different charms on her bracelet until she decided what she wanted.
