Said they had closed a claim against me 6 months ago, to which I have just received another letter off small claims court saying the case is still openand being charged more for. Call centre staff incredibly rude also. Really poor customer service overall.
what a dreadful company.Two different staff promised to email me a letter containing vital information for us. It never arrived. In addition Royal Mail confirms that our post code of IP10 0FN is registered nationally but LV refuses to issue confirmation documents as they say this code is not known, thus holding up our property purchase.This for a long and loyal customer. But not for much longer.
I am trying to get though to this company and have been on hold for 52 minutes, glad i am not a customer
